Me Mathieu Vézina est inscrit au Tableau de l’Ordre de la Chambre des notaires du Québec depuis le 24 juillet 2019. Il s’est joint à l’étude de Côté Taschereau Samson Demers en 2021 à titre de notaire.
Me Vézina œuvre principalement en droit immobilier, notamment au niveau des transactions d’acquisition, tant commerciale que résidentielle, mais également au niveau de refinancements commerciaux. Sa pratique inclut également la rédaction de testaments et de mandats de protection.
Mtre. Vézina has been a notary for the Province of Quebec since July 24th, 2019. He joined the firm Côté Taschereau Samson Demers in 2021 as a notary.
Mtre. Vézina works mainly in real estate closings, both residential and commercial, but he also handles commercial refinancings. He also provides service for the preparation of last wills and protection mandates.
Mtre. Vézina is fully bilingual and has been working with the anglophone community in the City of Québec for several years now.
